Once produced, we will process and deliver your order within 2–5 working days. Should you require it earlier please contact us and we will try to meet your needs.
Shipping costs are dependent on where you live and on the type of product ordered. Below are guideline freight prices. Exact delivery costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout based on the total weight of items purchased. All deliveries are insured, include tracking and require an authorised signature on delivery.
International orders shall be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Please retain original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused (in the original packaging and in perfect resalable condition) purchase within 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
It should be remembered that natural variations occurring in wood, fabric, copper and leather should not be considered defects and as such kin does not guarantee the colourfastness or matching of colours, grains, textures or surface oxidation of such materials.
Wood in particular has much variation in grain and colour and may display small knots, cracks and other markings. Fluctuations in temperature and humidity can cause cracking and warping, so maintaining a stable environment of around 20 degrees and humidity of 50% will help avoid these problems.
We aim to provide accurate representation of finishes, fabrics, and materials displayed on our website however due to lighting conditions and resolution qualities on different computer monitors, representation of colour may vary from actual product. Should you wish please contact us for a finish or fabric sample.
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com for advice, support and instructions.
